Yang Style 24 Form

Twenty four from is the most widely practiced exercise in the world. All Chinese students are required to learn the form. There are two popular forms - the Bejing style and the Yang style. Beijing is a blend of the five families, but is primarily Yang style. I learned 24 form from my teacher, Bill Hansell.
